Shipping Policy – Runway Hair UK
We ship from the United Kingdom to customers in the UK, EU, and worldwide.
Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
We offer Next Day Delivery on selected products. Where available, it will be marked on the product page and at checkout.
- Service cost: £8 flat rate
- Availability: UK orders only
- Cut-off time: Place your order before 2pm (Monday–Thursday) for next working day delivery
- Weekend orders: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday
- Product selection: In stock items only — these show a stock count on the product page
Subject to courier performance and public holidays.
Processing & Dispatch Times
Dispatch time depends on the colour you have chosen, not the style. All times are working days (Monday–Friday only) — weekends and UK bank holidays do not count. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.

Jet Black, Light Ash Brown and Espresso Swirl pieces are made to order and hand-coloured for you when you place your order. This is why they take longer, and it applies to clip-ins in those colours just as it does to bundles.
We always aim to meet these timelines. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take an extra working day or two. If anything significant comes up, we'll reach out to you directly.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. That's the first update you'll get from us.
Please do not book your hair appointment until the hair is in your hands. Dispatch estimates are estimates, and couriers can add a day. Booking around an estimated date is the most common reason people end up disappointed. Wait for the parcel, then book.
Shipping Times & Rates
UK Shipping (Royal Mail): Tracked Standard — £4, 1–2 working days after dispatch
International & Next-Day Shipping (DHL / DPD):
- Next Day UK: £8 — next working day after dispatch
- International Tracked: £20 — 5–7 working days after dispatch
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
We ship from the United Kingdom on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the price you pay at checkout covers your goods and your shipping only. It does not include import duty, import VAT, or courier handling fees.
These charges are set by your own government, not by us. We do not receive any part of them. They are collected by the courier, usually before your parcel is released for delivery.
So you can budget properly, here is roughly what to expect:

These figures are estimates given in good faith to help you plan. They are not a quote, and the final amount is determined by your customs authority. You can check the official position here:

Our products are declared under commodity code 6704.20 (articles of human hair), with country of origin China.
Refused and unclaimed parcels. If you decline to pay the customs charges and the parcel is returned to us or destroyed by customs, we are not able to refund your original shipping cost, and any return carriage or destruction charges we incur will be deducted from your refund. Please only place an international order if you are willing to pay the import charges due in your country.
Please also ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. Runway Hair UK is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information, and couriers often need to contact you directly to collect customs payment.
