Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales of hair extensions are final.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances — this applies to all orders, including pre-orders, all colours (Natural Black, Jet Black, Light Ash Brown, etc.), and all textures and lengths.

  • This policy applies whether items are worn or unworn, opened or unopened.

  • This policy also applies to parcels that are refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or incorrect delivery information.

  • We are not responsible for any customs charges or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned or refused for these reasons will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully — including texture, length, and colour — before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us prior to ordering.

This policy applies to all customers, both within the UK and internationally. Your statutory rights are not affected.
