Shipping Policy – Runway Hair UK
We ship from the United Kingdom to customers in the UK, EU, and worldwide.
Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
We offer Next Day Delivery on selected products. Where available, it will be marked on the product page and at checkout.
- Service cost: £8 flat rate
- Availability: UK orders only
- Cut-off time: Place your order before 2pm (Monday–Thursday) for next working day delivery
- Weekend orders: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday
- Product selection: Ready to Ship items only
Subject to courier performance and public holidays.

All times are working days (Monday–Friday only). Weekends and UK bank holidays do not count.

Jet Black and Light Ash Brown pieces are made to order — this is why they take a little longer.
We always aim to meet these timelines. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take an extra working day or two. If anything significant comes up, we'll reach out to you directly.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. That's the first update you'll get from us.
Shipping Times & Rates
UK Shipping (Royal Mail): Tracked Standard — £4, 1–2 working days after dispatch
International & Next-Day Shipping (DHL / DPD):
- Next Day UK: £8 — next working day after dispatch
- International Tracked: £20 — 5–7 working days after dispatch
