Shipping Policy – Runway Hair UK

We ship from the United Kingdom to customers in the UK, EU, and worldwide.

Next Day Delivery (UK Only)

We’re excited to now offer Next Day Delivery on selected products. Where this service is available, it will be clearly marked on the product page and shown again at checkout.

• Service cost: £15 flat rate

• Availability: UK orders only

• Cut-off time: Place your order before 2pm (Monday–Thursday) for next working day delivery

• Weekend orders: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday

• Product selection: Only items with the Next Day Delivery sticker are eligible

Please note that Next Day Delivery is subject to courier performance and may be affected by public holidays.

Processing Time

• All orders (except those placed with Next Day Delivery) take up to 3 business days to process.

• We do not process orders on weekends or UK bank holidays.

• Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• Tracked Standard Delivery: £6.00 (estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch)

EU Shipping (DHL)

• Tracked Standard International: £25.00

• Estimated delivery: 7–9 business days after dispatch

International Shipping (DHL)

• Tracked Standard International: £25.00

• Estimated delivery: 7–9 business days after dispatch

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

• Made-to-Order: Please allow 5 business days for production, in addition to the shipping times above.

• Pre-Orders: Estimated shipping dates will be stated clearly on each product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once those items are ready.

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes set by their country.
